What is it? A practice of touch that is specifically focused on the soft tissues of the body and muscles, to encourage relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation.

Reflexology
What is it? A practice of touch that specifically focuses on the ears, hands and feet, to encourage relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation.
